my family & I went to Russian in farvardin(noruz). First we were not familiar with there & those people .But then when we went to our home(there!) after some days we somehow became familiar with there .whenever i became tired ,my sister & i played pingpong and we went shopping with our parents until 8 at night. Afterwards we came back i had to studied my lesson & did my home work by the end of holiday we left our father there & came back to Iran.
So it was really good vacation but now I miss my father a lot.

I actually have a busy & somehow entertaining lifestyle!!Every morning I have to wake up at 4 o’clock, because I almost never can finish my homework till night .I study my lessons until 6 o clock & after that I get dressed & eat my breakfast .Before leaving I usually check my E _mail .At 6:25 I leave home & go to school by a school bus .I am usually on time but it has happened once or twice that I hasn`t been able to catch the bus. Whenever it happens, I have to take a taxi with my own pocket money that sounds a little bit bothering..............
By the way when I arrive school I start talking & have fun with the friends of mine till 7:30 & afterward we must go to the class. I come back home at around 3:30 .On even days I have to go to an English class which is somehow far from my house but my mom always gives me a lift.
In my free time I usually watch movies & read books but as you see I don`t have that much leisure time!!!
In one mount my school exams will start & I have to study well but fortunately, during the exam`s season our school is finished at 9:30 A.M that seems great to me!!
I hope I survive with this heavy program & I believe that I can handle it!!

Ghazal Shariat. P _ writing While I was waiting for my friend, it started to rain. So I decided to go home alone. During the 5 minutes I could get a taxi, I was all wet. Soon afterwards a car drove by and splashed mud all over me. It wasn't until late that night that I found a warm and dry place to rest. & I went home. As soon as I changed, the phone rang. It was my friend whom I was waiting for by the street. I was so angry with her but I didn't complain. Before I ask her where she was & how she went home, she laughed and said:" Hey! Let me tell you s.th funny! We were in a hurry and it was raining, so road was covered with mud & we splashed mud to a pour girl who was standing by the road!!! I laughed my heart out!!!

Last year our family and my uncle went on a trip.when we were coming back to Tehran,a bad accident happened. At midnight while I was sleeping in our car, suddenly I woke up by a loud sound.Then I saw a circumstance that my family were very sad and upset.I was told that we had an accident with a big animal.Then my uncle said that he saw a very big black dog that was hurt by our car.Meanwhile, my mom called police 110, later on, the police arrived and investigated the accident.Fortunately ,my father could drive the car and we stayed in the camp near Shiraz that night .

While we were watching Tv, we heard a frightening noise from upstairs . We desided to follow the noise . We are not allowed to go there . Before I changed my idea , we reached there. I understood , during the time that I was thinking about that ropom , she ran away , but after that I saw her bloody skull, so I realised that she was killed by school goast ...

"GOD" I was invited to my best friend's house on Thursday. My best friend, Niki, and I have a friend that we were together since we were at the kindergarten. Our friend, Maryam, went from this school 2 years ago, and that party was for meeting her because we miss each other a lot. I went there from the school with Niki. Before Maryam came, we ate some fruit .when Maryam came, everything changed! We were so happy! Maryam told us about her school and we told her, too. Maryam gave me a lot of gifts. During that time, we were very fun and we didn’t understand time left! I had to come back to my house by myself so I had to leave Niki's home at 7:00 am But that day is a memory for ever.

lack of organization: Its for a type of personality that alot of people are suffering from & it is still a problem for guys who arenot organized.There are alot of booksfor people who are like that but my beleif is that these books canot solve any problem.People cannot gain any capeability by reading.Mabey it helps knowledge incresation but it works when you try to do it & thats when you see the effects & start to do it as habbit.In this case one day you have to set a schedule for yourself & do your best to work exactly what you organized.Then you will see the conclusion & you always try to be organied.Having a watch in your room helps alot or set an alarm.......I promice that being organized , make proggress!!!!mona/TARTAN :D

difficulty sleeping
Have U ever had a difficulty sleeping?! Sleeping difficulty can involve difficulty falling asleep when you first go to bed at night, waking up too early in the morning, or waking up often during the night. It can also involve combinations of these patterns. I think good sleeping is necessary for a nice day and for having energy in all the day! But some event cause some difficulty for our sleeping like emotional upset or stressful or have a lot of dinner before going to the bed. Some people say it's important to establish a regular bedtime, but don't go to bed if you feel wide awake. All in all, try to sleep a.s.a.p to have good time the day before! written by Jerry
Poor time management Time managing is one of the biggest problems in our life. Let’s learn sth useful about that. For one thing, studies shows that being in hurry can destroy all of your discomforts. Cuz when you feel stressed you can’t do your works as well as you want. But why you feel stressed & you are in hurry? The answer is too easy. It’s “poor time management”. When you can’t manage your time & you want to finish your works you will be in hurry & you can’t do your works perfectly. Another important side of poor time management is full of sadness. You want to finish your works & you haven’t enough time so you are managing your time in a way in which you can’t be with your family & your friends. Imagine an engineer have an important project to do. But he can’t manage his time well. So he works all daylong & he can’t play with his little children & he can’t be with his wife. So, his children feel sad & they can’t be as happy as other kids. So his life will be at risk. At last because of these important things we have to learn to manage the time.& we have to separate our time between work, exercising & our family.

In a happy suburban neighborhood surrounded by white picket fences with flowering rose bushes, sits a black house with a dead lawn. Unbeknownst to the neighbors, hidden beneath this home is a vast secret hideout. Surrounded by a small army of minions, we discover Gru. He is a villain who steals important things all over the world! But here is a worse guy whose name is Vector. Gru sets out to pull off his biggest heist yet: stealing the moon! He needs shrink ray, but it is with victor. One day Gru find a light bulb. He goes to orphanage and adopts three adorable orphans: Margo, Edith and Agnes. He wants to use them by selling cookies to victor and stealing the shrink ray. But suddenly finding himself responsible for something other than his own wicked schemes, Finally he can steal the moon but victor steals the girls and Gru change the moon with girls. And moon become bigger and bigger and victor died.Three little orphaned girls look at him and see something that no one else has ever seen: a potential Dad. The world's greatest villain has just met his greatest challenge: three little girls named Margo, Edith and Agnes.

Gru is a super-villain.When Gru learns that another super-villain has stolen the Great Pyramid of Giza, his pride is injured, and he plans an even greater heist, stealing the Earth's moon. The Bank's president offers that if he can secure a shrink ray, Bank will give Gru his loan. Gru is able to steal a shrink ray from a classified East Asia facility, but it is stolen from him moments later by Vector. Gru attempts to break into Vector's lair but is easily defeated by the numerous defenses. He watches as three orphan girls, Margo, Edith and Agnes enter Vector's lab with no difficulty to sell him cookies. So he adopts the three girls from the local orphanage. Gru is eventually able to set his plan in motion, and with the girls' help, retrieves the shrink ray. With the shrink ray in hand, he returns to the Bank and successfully shows his plan to steal the moon to boss of the bank, he still refuses to give Gru a loan, revealing that Vector is his son and would rather see the Moon stolen by him than by Gru. He decides to scavenge parts from his lair to construct the rocket that will take him to the moon. Gru launches his rocket and successfully shrinks the moon, but Vector has left a ransom note, having kidnapped the girls and demanding the moon for exchange of the girls. Gru instantly commits to the exchange but Vector reneges on the deal, taking both the moon and the girls in his own ship. The moon returns to its original size in its orbit, destroying Vector's ship and stranding him on its surface with a space helmet. : Coeducation has some advantages and disadvantages. Forexample a coeducational school is a school that girls and boys study together and they will become friends with eachother.But there are some decay and sex abuse. So they don’t study and they go to school just for fun. But there are some advantages,forexample they learn how to treat with an opposite sex and they get used to live with it. In some countries such as Iran ,students go to separate schools.One disadvantage is that students feel difficulties in having relationship with the opposite sex. Despicable me/ :) tarzan Grue is a middle-aged man who has a though personality. He only thinks about his life-long goals including fame and wealth. He owns a huge factory with a great number of employees .They steel world monuments by making them smaller with a shrink ray machine. Now, Grue wants to steal the moon . On the other hand there's a guy named Vector who has the same goal. He steels the machine & takes it to his house. Grue needs the help of three girls who are allowed to go into Vectors house. Grue takes the responsibility of these girls who used to live in an orphanage. At the end of the movie, Vector succeeds to steal the moon and use it, but Grue achieves s.th more than a machine: A family.

difficulty sleeping
